The Event is being held in Room 4 - 1st Floor at Solihull Methodist Church. On entering the car park, the building is towards your right.

Sound Bath begin: 6.30pm

Things to Bring:
Water, Yoga Mat, blanket, pillow to place under your head or legs. Eye covering or mask are also good options to bring.
