What’s our intention?
To reconnect with ourselves — through breath, movement, and stillness. With Vinyasa yoga, meditation, and sound healing, we create space for peace and reflection.
Who is this for?
Anyone feeling the call to slow down and realign — whether you’re new or experienced, you’re warmly welcome.
What will we do?
We’ll start with 30 minutes of gentle Vinyasa yoga, then ease into meditation and sound healing to deepen presence and connection.
