I'm Tamara, the owner of Luce Bianca ("white light" in Italian), an alternative holistic practice that centers on caring for the body, mind, and spirit.
Certified in multiple modalities and trained in meditative treatments such as Guided Meditations, Sound Immersion Therapy, Yoga Nidra and Breath Work Coaching, I provide a safe and relaxing place that meets the individual exactly where they are in their emotional and physical state.
I hold a deep and personal understanding of living with anxiety and have been an outspoken mental health advocate. My love for meditation and hunger for self care and healing continues to fuel my love for helping others.
