Sound Healing Circle Toning & Chant

Sound Healing Circle & Earth Medicine - 4 hours of Toning

Using our Voices, we'll create a powerful circle of healing sound with the sacred seed sound Om and other chants, with the intention of healing, well-being and peace for each person who comes, and for the Earth.

Plan to share your specific request for healing - you will be sending healing energy AND receiving it at different times during the process.

We'll be chanting Om continuously, taking turns with toning (singing) and resting in lovingkindness.

We'll open the Circle with your intentions for healing, and a brief honoring of people and things lost - anything you are grieving. This may be people or animal friends who have passed on, grief for the suffering of others, our planet and her beings, or even for the "paths not taken" in your life. We have the intention to honor all of these people and things, so that grief can move through instead of getting stuck.
We'll be creating an altar or temple housing photos, or small items you bring (and will go back home with you).

We'll move into our positive and healing intentions next and focus the intention on each person, then for the Earth, and the waters of the planet.

We'll close with gratitude, light snacks and time to share experiences for those who would like to.

THIS IS OUTDOORS! Please bring a comfortable cushion, mat or chair as the floor of the pavillion is concrete. The area is grassy around it, but may not have much shade.
Bring plenty of water and any snacks you may want during the event (we'll also have water and light snacks for afterwards).

To help with the cost of renting the pavillion, Donations are requested, but NOT required.
