Sound Bath & Guided Meditation for Peace & Well-Being

Details
Experience waves of sound guided by your conscious intention to heal, release stress & connect with your inner joy and wisdom.
Relax deeply as the healing sounds of Tibetan Singing Bowls, Tuning Forks, Crystal Singing Bowls, Drum and Voice wash over you.
Our purpose is to create a sanctuary of peace & calming for people who need it right now. This Sound Medicine Bath can help those moving through grief or uncertainty, and while honoring that, still be able to relax deeply and nurture a sense of expanding into greater Love.
There will be a short explanation on how it works and what to expect, then we'll dive into the Sound Journey, with a little time for questions and connection afterward.
This event, held in Minneapolis, MN will be open to the public, though
Space is limited, so please RSVP to ensure a place.
If you cannot RSVP here on Meetup (accounts are free), please RSVP by texting Kay at 612-568-8304 (YES to Sound Bath Nov 17th, and your name). (I also send this invitation to my email list and post to social media, so you won't see the full attendance numbers here on Meetup).
In gratitude for the many people who have connected with us to experience retreats, sound healng, energy healing or intuitive readings, this event will be donation based - pay what you can, or bring a food item for our local food shelf.
The regular ticket price is $30 per person, and if you choose to pay that, we are truly grateful. We will collect your food item and what you choose to pay at the door. We accept Cash, Venmo or Credit card (requires a 3% additional fee for credit cards). Money & food will go to Joyce Food shelf in Uptown, Minneapolis.
If your plans change, PLEASE change your RSVP so that someone else can attend. Join us at another time if you have any symptoms of illness or have been exposed to anyone known to be positive for Coivd-19 - thanks!
We will be in Studio 1, (down the hall) in the Studio Timeout building, on Lyndale Ave in Minneapolis.
The floor is not carpeted, so please bring a yoga mat or blanket - whatever you need to make yourself comfortable lying down. There are folding chairs for those who prefer them.
A Sound Bath can be a profound, transformative experience, dropping you into a state of deep calm, or deeper still into releasing whatever is blocking your well-being. Your intent, what you want to bring about, along with the sound, creates the healing effect.
Warmly,
Kay Grace & Michael Freeman
