Sound Medicine Ceremony & Winter Solstice Celebration

Ceremony with Sound Healing – Enjoy a beautiful ceremony to clear and release whatever feels heavy or is no longer needed and invite in the energies and intentions that support you most right now and for the coming year.

Together we’ll create a multi-sensory experience with:

• Honoring our ancestors with a Water + Sound blessing
• Bring your favorite Crystal(s) and receive some new ones to Build a Crystal Grid to support your intentions.
• Rose petals, ginger, cinnamon, sage, evergreen boughs, frankincense or cedar oils

(to touch or inhale as you wish – this will not be diffused or placed on skin to honor anyone sensitive to fragrances – you are welcome to anoint yourself at the end of the event as you leave)

• Sound Medicine Journey – guided sound meditation to access an altered state that is positive and deep (slow Theta brain wave state) for creativity, healing and guidance.

Celebrate and Harvest the guidance received & sing an Om to bless the Earth and all her beings, followed by a little time to connect or ask questions.

Cost is $35 which you can pay at the door using Cash or a credit card.
If you really want to be there but cost is a barrier, please call or text Kay and we'll figure it out.

PLEASE bring a yoga mat, blanket and/or pillow - whatever you need to be comfortable on the floor for the Sound Medicine Journey part. We do have chairs for anyone who would like to use them.
