The training begins at The Cabin, on the outskirts of Fredericksburg - an rural center used for transformational events for twenty years, and the residence of Mark and his wife Carol.

This training will focus on Sacred Geometry, especially as it applies to Sound, the foundation creative principle in the Universe.

Lunch break at noon: bring your own bag lunch.

In the training Mark will demonstrate hands-on sound healing sessions, discuss how to work, and how NOT to work with the instruments of sacred geometry. Afterwards we will break up in pairs and trios to practice these techniques. We will also use the straight edge and compass, the two main tools of Geometers, and draw basic geometrical figures.

We will delve into the more esoteric aspects of Sacred Geometry, and how one specific geometry, the Lotus of Life, balances and transforms energy.

Mark Torgeson, Facilitator
Mark has been playing with sound since forever. He began with piano lessons as a kid, went on to earn a degree in music, and since then has produced over 60 albums of transformational music and sound, aired on all continents.
He also embarked on a parallel career path in the Healing Arts, and for 30 years worked with the body and the human energy system. About 17 years ago he started teaching Sound Healing; then incorporated Sacred Geometry and Foundational Music Concepts to create a program more rounded out for the contemporary Sound Healer.
Around 2020, Mark began studying the correlation of number with sound frequencies, and acknowledged there are manners the cosmos interacts with the most elementary aspects of human physiology. He started creating Angel Harps, repurposed autoharps tuned to sacred geometry frequencies, and began using these in groups and on individuals. He also started co-facilitating workshops on the Lotus of Life, a 12 pointed sacred geometry of the New Earth Matrix.
Much of this work centers around Altered States of Consciousness, honoring the Indigenous Cultures from which sacred instruments harken, and acknowledging the Kingdoms of Consciousness which are always present in this work. Mark's teaching style sways heavily toward the experiential, so one is not burdened with facts, but walks away with knowledge in the body.
