Healing Circle - Unity of Fredericksburg

LOOKING FOR A WAY TO INCREASE YOU ENERGY LEVEL, amplify your wellness quotient, and find your way back to wholeness and balance? Join us at the weekly Healing Circle. This will include the hands-on healing and sound healing.

Location:
Unity of Fredericksburg, 3451 Jefferson Davis Hwy, Fredericksburg, VA 22408. Look for the sign that says "Catalyst Media"; this is a new location with change of use for the facility, so the signs are in transition!

The Healing Circle is offered as a public service, with Gift of Heart Donations accepted for operations and facility. $20 suggested offering.

There will be enough space to bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow so you are welcome to stretch out if you like. Chairs are also provided.

Please arrive early and be seated by 7:00 so that you don't interrupt the group when we start.

Description
Today’s experience is without words, allowing sound to transport one into deep transformative states. This format is designed to quieten the mind and invoke connection with one’s multidimensional nature, where healing and regeneration occur.

What to Do
Make an intention to allow the sound to transform something about your life: a physical complaint, a goal or aspiration, a problem or relationship you are working on. If you experience overwhelm or extreme emotion, breathe deeply and know this is part of the process of shifting into a higher state of resonance.

The healing facilitators may place their hands on or above your body to facilitate energetic movement. Healing energies can feel warm, and deep meditative states can feel cool. For the next hour you will be immersed in pure tone, energetic healing, and a deepening of consciousness. At the end of that time, you will have ten minutes of silence to recallibrate and integrate the work. There is optional time to share or ask questions.

What to Expect
The extent of transformation is proportional to how much work you have done on yourself and your desire for change. Remember your intention focuses the shifts, and that your higher self is directing energy to clear density and blockages to allow for a higher state of resonance. Be kind to yourself, allow rest and full recuperation for this experience, and know it is part of the continual process of transformation toward higher vibrational states of being.

Facilitators:
Mark Torgeson is a practicing Reiki Master, sound healer and composer. He has produced over 30 albums of transformational music and sound which have aired on all continents. His intention is the evolution and expansion of human consciousness at this pivotal time in history, and has cofounded Center for Planetary Awakening to aid in this purpose.

Deborah Coleman was born to African American parents in the South after WWII. Her passion is being of service to others by being a source of encouragement and hope. She believes every person is a unique expression of our Creator’s love! Deborah provides such services as: Spiritual Counselor and Teacher, mentor for at risk youth, and Certified Teacher of Secondary Education. Deborah is a Certified Sound Healer through Center for Planetary Awakening.

Loretta Elie is a spiritual healer, visionary and intuitive. These gifts were revealed when she was a young child. She has assisted many with moving their energetic flow through their bodies and helping them realize what a powerful being they are. Remember Rumi’s quote, “It's your road and yours alone; others can walk it with you but no one can walk it for you.” Loretta is a certified Sound Healer.

Therese Reiff, is an Usui Reiki Master Teacher, Sound Healer, Herbal Educator and Flower Essence Therapy Consultant, and is certified in Sound Healing through Sound Healers for Planetary Awakening. Therese brings together her love and connection to plants, with the added energy of Reiki and sound vibration to help facilitate wellness on physical, emotional and spiritual levels.
