Cacao Ceremony & Meditation

Join us Easter Saturday 4 April 2026 at 9am for a special cacao ceremony on Chelsea Beach (the area of beach in front of Victory Park Reserve/playground).

We’ll be focusing on opening up our hearts through the medicine of cacao, meditation, and sound healing.

Bring a yoga mat/towel/blanket if you wish to lie down. Please also bring your favourite cup/mug for the cacao.

Free and open to all but RSVPs are a must so I can prepare the cacao accordingly. If you’re later unable to make it, please change your RSVPs before the event.

Cacao will be made only with water and sugar to accommodate those who might have allergies. You’re welcome to still participate even if you’re unable to consume it, or to bring your own alternative drink such as tea.
