Sound & Gong Healing: Full Moon Meditation February 2026

A sacred and ancient instrument of healing, rejuvenation, and transformation, bowls and gongs produce strong sound waves, almost perceptible by touch. The bowls and gong's vibrations stimulate our physical body by influencing the surface of the skin and every cell.

During this event, we will use the bowls gong to release tension and blocks in the body. This instrument will also help stimulate a higher functioning of the glandular and nervous system, and improve our circulation; increasing our vital life force.
