(Grief Circle) Invisible Grief: Honouring the Losses Without Ritual (Open to All)

Many people experience grief that isn’t formally recognised. There’s no funeral, no goodbye, and no support.

This includes:
• Miscarriages or pregnancy loss
• Breakups and divorces
• Estranged or missing family members
• Career changes or loss of identity
• Health challenges or chronic illness
• Grieving the past version of yourself

These are real losses, but because they are not always acknowledged by society, many women carry them alone. This circle is a safe space to process that grief in a supported, structured way.

What to Expect:
✔️ Whispered release technique for nervous system regulation
✔️ Nature-inspired grounding practice to support emotional balance
✔️ A sharing circle where you are invited (but not pressured) to name your grief
✔️ Ho'oponopono Sound Bath for self-compassion and grattitude
✔️ Optional writing prompts if you prefer to express silently

Why It Matters:
Research in grief psychology and somatic therapy shows that naming a loss, whether spoken or written, is a crucial step in emotional processing (Pennebaker, 1997; Neimeyer, 2000). When unacknowledged, grief often manifests as chronic stress or physical tension, especially in the nervous system and body.

Creating space to name what was lost without judgment can reduce emotional suppression and support healing.
