Inaugural Sound for New Realities Meetup!

Join us on Wednesday, June 7th for the first Sound of New Realities Meetup.

The night will start with a networking reception including food, drinks and VR demos.

Ceri Thomas, Applications Engineer at Dolby Labs, will kick off the evening with a welcome keynote followed by three brief case studies exploring spatial audio for VR. The evening will end with more camaraderie and continued VR demos.

We are looking for three individuals who are interested in sharing any novel solutions to problems in VR audio that they have encountered. Those who are chosen to present case studies will also have the opportunity to show their piece at one of six demo stations (Oculus, HTC Vive, and Samsung Gear VR).

We are also looking for three additional submissions to have their piece shown on one of the six demo stations.
