June Monthly Sound Bath

FIRST AND FOREMOST- Please bring LAYERS and blankets- body temps shift as you receive sound and we are in Winter Months!
We are doing another double feature- TWO SOUNDBATHS with a community (half) hour in between. Come to one or both baths- we are here with options and a community/ safe space in between. The world is wild right now so we want to designate a lot of time to reground this year.

*RSVP's are appreciated so we get a general idea of how to set up but feel free to share and invite whoever may be interested- All are welcome!
You'll see us set up on the beach in front of the Belmont Shore Pier parking lot to the left of the pier
(Address to parking lot is 3998 E Allin St- parking is free after 6pm)
* Bring Yoga mat/blankets/chairs- whichever you prefer for comfort and warmth.
* Sound Bath starts at 4:30pm and 6:00 Pm (4:35/6:05 in case we have a few late arrivals. Please try and arrive 10 -15 minutes early if possible so you can pick your spot and set your intentions- if you're late just come and set up anyway- no worries- no stress!
* Suggested Donation $22- $33
* No one will ever be turned away due to limited funds. This is a SAFE SPACE FOR ALL.
* Venmo and cash accepted.

You'll notice that we have the all-inclusive pride flag on every flyer and that is because:
* Two of our members are part of the LGBTQ+ community and Devon is an artist for social change that is focused creating safe spaces for all people but particularly queer people.
* Our group is lead by Nikki (She/her), Devon (they/them), and Christy (she/her)
* Devon is non-binary/gender fluid. Their experience in feeling both/ neither genders resulted in often feeling like they didn't have a place in the spiritual community, so we strive to create the place in which everyone feels welcome- we want to celebrate masculine/feminine energy and everything in between and beyond.
*Nikki is a full time yoga teacher, sound healer, and wonderful ally.
*Christy is a natural beat- can play any instrument.
* We have a mission to create the ultimate safe space for everyone- it doesn't matter who you are- we just ask that you come with an open heart and a desire to co-create a loving and accepting space for all of us.
