Join us for an evening designed to soothe your body, calm your mind, and nourish your soul.
The evening begins with light tapping and gentle energy-based movements to release tension and awaken the subtle body. These intuitive practices help stimulate meridians, activate the chakras, and open the energetic gateways, preparing the body for more profound healing.
Next, we flow into simple qigong movements and conscious breathing to regulate the nervous system and restore inner balance. These accessible, grounding techniques draw from ancient traditions, connecting you to your vital life force—prana or qi—and gently guiding you into presence.
As your energy settles, you'll be invited to lie back and surrender into an extended Gong Meditation—a vibrational sound journey designed to align you with higher frequencies. The sacred tones and cosmic overtones of the gongs will wash over you, activating theta brainwaves, clearing energetic blockages, and evoking deep states of peace, clarity, and connection.
We complete the journey with time for sweet nourishment and heartfelt community, allowing space to integrate, reflect, and connect with others in a supportive and sacred setting.

Anything that will help you feel cozy and at ease - yoga mat (camping pad or blowup mattress), blanket, pillow, water bottle, eye mask, etc. Dress in loose, comfortable clothing.

His authentic style of playing, infused with passion and intention, promotes deep relaxation and transformation. Wayne is the Founding Director of Beneficial Sound, a 501(c)3 nonprofit committed to bringing wellness to the mind, body, and soul through sound and vibration. He has a degree in Psychology, is a certified Gong Master, Life Coach, Ordained Minister, and a member of the American Sound Healers Association.
