This event is a sound healing session in hammocks, designed to help you completely relax, release tension, and restore your energy. You will be immersed in a world of enchanting sounds, creating a state of deep peace and harmony.

What to Expect?
- ⠀You will relax in a hammock, gently cradled like a cocoon, allowing your body to fully unwind and absorb the sound vibrations.
- You will be surrounded by the live sounds of sacred musical instruments, creating harmonizing vibrations to restore balance, release tension, and promote a meditative state.
- These vibrations will envelop you from all sides, helping to clear energetic blockages, find inner peace, and experience deep relaxation.
- By the end of the session, you will feel refreshed, lighter, and in harmony with yourself.

Who Are We?

The session is led by the duo Become The Light – Svitlana & Stanislav. We are multi-instrumentalists with over 10 years of experience and 5+ years facilitating sound therapy sessions in Ukraine, Poland, and Portugal. We also organize ethnic music festival, healing retreats, and music classes.
With empathy and care, we create a warm, supportive space where you can disconnect from daily stress, find inner peace, and recharge your energy.
