We’re happy to invite you to a beautiful outdoor gathering on Sunday, 29 June, at 5 PM - this time, we’re taking our yin yoga and sound bath session to the park! Let’s stretch, breathe, and fully relax surrounded by nature

Our wonderful friend Saffron will gently guide you through a slow, grounding yin practice, while we, Become The Light duo, fill the air with calming sounds to help you let go and reconnect. And to make it extra special - we'll finish with a 20-minute shavasana under the open sky, with live music washing over you.

Please bring your own yoga mat or blanket to get cozy on the grass.
