Join us for a day of sound and vibration in Tokyo. Experience sound bath meditation for yourself, learn the history of singing bowls and their use in modern meditation and sound therapy and spend an afternoon of hands on practice with hand selected singing bowls from Nepal. Our one day course is limited to 6 people so reserve early to secure your place.

Your teacher Tim Exley has studied Hatha yoga, Kashmiri Shaivism and various lineages of meditation. He has 9 years experience in Sound meditation and healing. Trained in Nepal he offers sound meditation in Japan and elsewhere. The course is based on the 4 day course we teach at our ashram in Pokhara, Nepal.
