You are welcome to bring any items to set on the altar to be cleansed.

The sound bath uses several different instruments, such as crystal singing bowls, gongs, ocean drum, rainstick, tibetan bowl & more!!!

Sound therapy is known to assist in deep transformation.

• Heightening focus and energy.
• A feeling of rejuvenation.

The sound frequency penetrates all of the layers of your auric field deep into the body for regeneration and healing and rest. The sound puts your mind into a theta state which allows for releases on all levels, the emotional, the energetic and the mental.

No experience needed. Just show up!!

There will be some chairs to sit on & a few spots to lay on floor. If you want to lay on floor bring a yoga mat. Feel free to bring a eye mask & some water & a journal.
