On Tuesday at 19:00 I’m inviting you to a gentle sound meditation.
It’s a space for rest, clearing your head, calmness, and quiet connection through sound.
This is a trial session and community event.
Participation is free - donations are welcome but not required.
Everyone is welcome, no prior experience needed. Just come as you are.
Feel free to bring a blanket or anything that helps you feel comfortable and warm.
After the session, we’ll share a cup of tea and have time to talk and connect.
