Step into a space of deep calm and intention as we welcome the energy of the New Moon with an immersive blend of movement, journaling, and sound.

✨ This 90-minute journey is designed to help you reset, realign, and begin anew—especially as the rhythms of fall and the school year start to shift around us.

🌿 15 minutes of grounding, gentle yoga
📝 Reflective journaling to set fresh intentions
🎶 A 60-minute immersive soundscape with alchemy bowls, chimes & more

💫 No experience needed. Mats, bolsters, and props provided. Just bring your journal and anything cozy—like a blanket or eye mask.
