How sound affects us physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually with many heart opening meditations.

You will learn advanced techniques for using the voice and playing crystal bowls (Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls® by Crystal Tones®). We will also practice doing treatments on yourself and each other.

You will learn basic concepts of healing based on Sound, Music and Vibration. This includes releasing stuck emotions, and doing brainwave entrainment with rhythms.

You will also learn how to access higher consciousness with sound. We will do exercises to access Universal Love and Oneness with sound.
But most importantly, we will do many heart opening sound meditations using crystal bowls and the voice.

About the Workshop
The intention of this workshop is multifold. We will be covering how sound affects us physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. We will practice techniques for healing physical issues including pain. We will use bowls to create brainwave entrainment. We will release stuck emotions that are stopping us from going to higher levels of consciousness.

Finally, we will be resonating higher emotions of gratitude, compassion, love and joy. And resonating the frequency of our souls. Ultimately, we will be resonating the frequencies of Source to bring us into a place of oneness with everyone and everything in the Universe -- that place where infinite Universal Love flows abundantly. We will hold this as the ultimate goal of the ascension process.

When we go up on the mountain we will go to a vortex and will be invoking the energies of the land and light beings of the area. Each attendee may do an offering of sound and voice. Feel free to bring your own instruments.

About Mt. Shasta
