Join us for an immersion into sound, an opportunity to relax and let the inner ear open, bringing a healing theta state to the brain and positive vibrations to the body.
Using a mixture of acoustic instruments and electronics a soundscape is created to bring balance, grounding and cleansing. Allow yourself to be soothed by the sounds of himalayan bowls, bells, shakers, shamanic drum, shruti box, open-tuned guitar, flute, gentle multi-channel drone and vocal mantras. Through sonic vibration we activate the resonance of the inner unstruck sound that is waiting to be discovered..
Our sound journey is a facilitated space where you are invited to rest in awareness of sound for 90 minutes. About 1 hour of this will be laying in savasana on a yoga mat.
We have yoga mats and pillows, please bring your own if you have them and also blankets / sleeping bags for warmth and comfort.
