Sound has been used for thousands of years in all known cultures as a tool to help improve the well-being of individuals. It had a powerful role in the ancient civilizations of Egypt, China, Greece, and Australia. Sound continues to have a positive impact in the modern world.

My name is Janice and I am excited to continue my journey as a certified sound facilitator to help promote peace and harmony in our community. I will conduct sound bath sessions primarily using quartz crystal bowls and may incorporate other instruments like chimes, drums, and singing pyramid.

Responses to sound frequencies will vary person to person. I will discuss common reactions before each session. Some benefits are relaxation, feeling balanced, and improved energy levels. Everybody who chooses to stay afterwards will get a chance to share their experiences and reflections.

I welcome anyone who has an open heart and open mind or who is just curious. No experience is necessary to participate.
