Gratitude Sound Journey 🙏 March 1

Join us for a relaxing sound bath on the evening of Saturday March 1st. This will be an immersive experience to help nurture your mind, body, and spirit and an opportunity to reflect on and appreciate what you have and what is positive in your life.

Bring a blanket or mat to sit or lie down on during the session. Optional items to bring are an eye pillow or mask, pillow, and an extra blanket. Wear whatever is comfortable for you and bring water to stay hydrated.

All are welcome but space is limited. No experience is necessary.
This event is donation-based.
Suggested energy exchange: $15 - $20
