Join us for a renewing and calming sound journey on the morning of Sunday September 7 from 9:30 am to 11:00 am. This will be an immersive experience to help nurture your mind, body, and spirit. You will have an opportunity to cultivate gratitude and release what no longer serves you.

**Location**
The session will take place at Rohr Park in the South Bay--4548 Sweetwater Rd, Bonita, CA 91902. Enter the Rohr Park Gate B entrance to the parking lot. Find us within the train tracks near a tree. Please allow time for finding the site and a parking spot.

**What To Bring**
Bring a blanket, mat, or chair to sit or lie down on during the journey. Optional items to bring are an eye pillow or mask, pillow, an extra blanket, journal, and sun protection. Wear whatever is comfortable for you and don't forget drinking water.

**All are welcome but space is limited. No experience is necessary.**

**This event is donation-based.**
Suggested energy exchange: $15 - $20
