Join us for a relaxing sound bath on the morning of Sunday November 23rd. This will be an immersive experience to help nurture your mind, body, and spirit and an opportunity to reflect on and appreciate what you have and what is positive in your life. Give yourself or somebody else the gift of time for self-care as the holiday season approaches.✨✨✨

**Location**
The session will take place at Rohr Park in the South Bay--4548 Sweetwater Rd, Bonita, CA 91902. Enter the Rohr Park Gate B entrance to the parking lot. Find us within the train tracks near a tree. Please allow time for finding the site and a parking spot.

**What To Bring**
Bring a blanket, mat, or chair to sit or lie down on during the journey. Optional items to bring are an eye pillow or mask, pillow, an extra blanket, journal, and sun protection. Wear whatever is comfortable for you and don't forget drinking water. Importantly, bring an open mind and heart.

**All are welcome but space is limited. No experience is necessary.**

**This event is donation-based.**
Suggested energy exchange: $15 - $20
