### We are hosting a donation-based practice night.

#### We'll be doing:

1. Opening circle
2. Breath work or guided meditation practice
3. A card choosing process for random partners (although you are welcome to pre-arrange a partner)
4. 2 short healing sessions - 35 mins each - these will be lightly guided by Guy (Level 5 CTE)
