I have been baking with sourdough for almost 10 years, and my love for having my hands in the dough has only grown stronger over time — much like a sourdough starter left in a warm kitchen

I'm happy to share everything I've learned over the years: from working with different flours and ingredients to crafting your beloved pizza, bread and focaccia. And of course I am happy to share my starter with you!

Whether you're a complete beginner or already have flour on your all over the place in your kitchen, this is a place to learn, experiment and share the joy of baking.
