Megan Adams will be hosting a gentle 30-minute restorative yoga flow designed to ease post-hike tension and bring balance back to your body. This slow, grounding session focuses on standing postures and requires no previous yoga experience. π§π»ββοΈ
To close, there will be a guided 10-minute Dharana practice (a meditative concentration technique that gently steadies the mind and anchors awareness), led by Guru Dr Kumar. This offering is open to anyone who feels comfortable participating and is an invitation to turn inward, to rest not just the body, but also the mind. β¨
Time: This session will take place once the hike hosted by Nhlanhla Teslar Ngeleza end. Check it out and join for both π
Venue: Klipriviersburg Nature Reserve. We use the entrance at 129 Peggy Vera Rd in Kibler Park. Meeting Area: When you're at the main entrance you will be facing the main building with a thatch roof. Walk through it. When you get to the other side you will see tables and chairs under a tree, that's where we meet. It is then a 850m walk to the area we will do the session.
Fee: Free.
