Restorative Yoga Session At Kloofendal Nature Reserve

Megan Adams will be hosting a gentle 30-minute restorative yoga class designed to ease tension and bring balance back to your body. This slow, grounding session will include standing postures, grounded movements as well as Pranayama (breathing) practice and requires no previous yoga experience. 🧘🏻♀️
To close, there will be a guided 10-minute Dharana practice (a meditative concentration technique that gently steadies the mind and anchors awareness), led by Guru Dr Kumar. This offering is open to anyone who feels comfortable participating and is an invitation to turn inward, to rest not just the body, but also the mind. ✨
Time: This session will take place once the hike hosted by Nhlanhla Teslar Ngeleza ends and takes place along side a picnic hosted by Liam du Toit at 10:30am.
Venue: We will meet near the Kloofendal Nature Reserve braai area, look out for Harmony Grounds signage
