Picnic At Kloofenfal Nature Reserve

Whether you’ve conquered the trail, breathed in the beauty during restorative yoga or you just came to Kloofendal nature reserve to reconnected with nature, why not come and enjoy a home-cooked meal without the additional drive, waiting, or stress of a restaurant.

Now that Spring has sprung, we are lighting the fires and bringing you a build-a-braai picnic designed to suit all diets and budgets:

🔥 Build-a-braai
Boerewors – 1 g carbs – R20
Prego chicken breast – <0.1 g carbs – R20
Chakalaka – 3 g carbs – R10
Green salad (lettuce, cucumber, tomato) – 5 g carbs – R15
Hotdog roll – 21 g carbs – R10

🧃 Add-a-drink
500ml Water – R20
Powerade Zero (0,5g carbs) or Rugani 100% fruit juice box (20-30g carbs) – R25

Time: The meal will be served once the hike hosted by Nhlanhla Teslar Ngeleza and alongside restorative yoga event by Megan Adams around 10:30am
Venue: Kloofendal Nature Reserve
Picnic Area: Food and drinks will be served and sold near the braai area, look out for Harmony Grounds signage
