This JUNETEENTH CELEBRATION is free and open to the public, with special resources for Federal workers and contractors impacted by recent cuts.

2:30pm - 6:30pm, we will host a RESOURCE BOOTH for displaced Federal Workers and Contractors.

Onsite there will be...

  • Valuable resources to help you navigate your next career move
  • Schedules of local job support seminars and webinars
  • Nutrition resources
  • Caregiving resources

  • Free ½ hour well-being counseling

And we will distribute FREE GROCERIES to Federal workers, sponsored by The Storehouse, the Nation's first Black-run food pantry

Then at 4:30pm, we will host a JUNETEENTH CONCERT featuring the incomparable living legend, Ms. Evelyn Curenton! Our special guest will be tenor, Rodrick Dixon of New York's famed "Three Mo Tenors!", along with other guests.

At 6:00pm, we will rep our culture with a RECEPTION and an EXHIBITION by the African American Quilters of Baltimore, along with our own visual artist, Christine Williams, and music by steel pianist, Tamera
