Lepakshi Temple, A.P

Lepakshi is a small village located in the Anantapur District of Andhra Pradesh.approximately 120 km from Bangalore.
These shrines were built during the Vijayanagara Kings' period (1336–1646).
One of the main attractions in Lepakshi is a large Nandi bull made of a single piece of granite. The place is known for mural paintings of the Vijayanagar kings.
