My friend Sonia is an amazing cook and togetther we will be bringing you chicken mole. The plan is to make both red and brown mole so we can tell the difference. It is a two-day event, where we cook the chicken beforehand and the meat in the sauce for the day.
Cost: $15. Money will be collected at the door unless you drop from the event. If you drop, you need to pay by Paypal or Zelle.
Ingredient restrctions: None at this event.
Alcohol: If you want to drink, bring something to drink. Passionfruit and blood orange margaritas available.
Location: Cupertino. Address will be provided a few days before the event.
