This is a philosophically-oriented think space for those of us in the South Bay who want to take part in a discussion group without having to travel to San Francisco or too far out of reach.
Topics and areas of discussion:
Existentialism
Philosophy of Religion
Intellectual history (the history of philosophical thought)
Classic literature
Current affairs and armed conflicts
The Goal of this group for me is to successfully integrate history, philosophy, and political thought into a cohesive discussion. I would like to make this as interdisciplinary as possible, within reason. This means there are no restrictions on the content of our discussions, ultimately. I want us to have fun, without pressure.
