Thank you for showing up so fully during our first gathering. Your presence, openness, and desire to belong created a significant beginning. Mei and I felt deeply honored to hold space with such a grounded group.
This upcoming circle is part of a growing series where we explore essential themes to help you anchor your psychedelic experiences into daily life. These are living experiences that unfold in nature, through shared insight, embodiment practices, and deep listening.
In these next few sessions, we’ll begin exploring:

• What makes a “safe container” so essential in psychedelic healing work
• How to integrate after direct experience—not as analysis, but as embodiment
• Why group journeys can accelerate healing and insight
• A soft introduction to the unique qualities of different sacred medicines.

Each session is designed to be both spacious and focused, so you leave with real ideas for practices, deeper discovery, and a sense of being part of something meaningful.
