South Bay Unvaccinated Social Support

Hello unvaccinated folks -- can't wait to meet you!

Are you exhausted from being blamed &/or shamed &/or pressured for choosing to remain unvaccinated for covid?
Are you feeling pain &/or loneliness due to being excluded from events?
Are you feeling stressed &/or attacked &/or defensive about being unvaccinated for covid?
Have you lost friends over covid-related issues or policies?
Is your day-to-day feeling less friendly?
Do you need some new people to hang with for a while who will not pressure you or question your choice?

This is a social and social support group for people in the South Bay who are unvaccinated for covid and who want IN-PERSON contact with other folks. The group is also open to parents who are intentionally keeping their children unvaccinated (for covid).

**I am considering whether and how to open the group to people who have gotten vaccinated (or partially vaccinated) only to comply with requirements of a job or the like.**
**I am considering whether and how to open the group to people who have gotten vaccinated (or partially vaccinated) and have regrets about it due to negative reactions to the vaccine.**

Some events will be on-line, and some will be in person.

In addition to holding events for unvaccinated people, we can also share information about events and organizations in the wider world that do not require vaccination, in order to help each other find resources, companionship and fun.
You may want to make new friends by coming to the events for this group, or you may join in order to learn about in-person events & resources in our area that allow or welcome unvaccinated people.
Either or both of these are fine and either are both are ways to support ourselves and each other.

Many kinds of events are welcome, please feel free to send me an email to let me know what kinds of events you would like to see. If you have issues or needs that are not addressed by the events that are listed, please let me know. And perhaps you will want to host some event? That would be great.

This is NOT a political group, and no political affiliation is implied or required to join. However, it's expected that you support medical informed consent (especially and at least relative to covid vaccines), LOL.

Please do not join this group if you are vaccinated for covid.
We are considering whether to have some events that allow vaccinated people at some point in the future (including people who have had adverse events after covid vaccination, and people who have regrets after covid vaccination).
