Solidarity Circle - Introductions
Details
Taking the first step to meet others who get it can feel a bit daunting, so we’re keeping our first gathering very low-key. This is a simple, informal meet-and-greet for anyone navigating the aftermath of betrayal.
There’s no pressure to share your entire story or perform a certain way. Whether you are in the thick of the dip or starting to feel like your powerful self again, you are welcome exactly as you are.
What to Expect:
- Introductions: A quick round of names (or aliases—privacy is respected!) and perhaps one thing you’re hoping to find in this community.
- Open Conversation: A chance to talk, vent, or simply listen to others who understand the unique weight of this experience.
- Non-Therapy Space: Just a reminder that we are peers supporting peers. We aren't here to provide professional counseling, just a soft place to land.
Meeting Values
- The Vault Rule: To ensure everyone feels safe, everything shared during our time together stays within the group.
- No Pressure: If you just want to sit and observe other shares, that is perfectly okay.
- Respectful Listening: We hold space for each person’s unique path without judgment.
