Join Helen and Suzi for a relaxed evening where you can connect with other like minded humans and be yourself. ❤️

Our group is a supportive and social space for people in the South East of England with ADHD or ADHD traits plus other neurodivergence (Suzi is autistic and ADHD).

Our aim is to provide a safe space for people to get to know other like-minded folk, make friends, and have fun. 🌼❤️

Stay as long or as little as you like.
