Join Helen, Suzi and Tim for a relaxed evening where you can connect with other like-minded humans and be yourself. ❤️
Our group is a supportive and social space for people in the South East of England with ADHD or ADHD traits, plus other neurodivergence (Suzi is autistic and ADHD).
We aim to provide a safe space for people to get to know other like-minded folk, make friends, and have fun. All genders are welcome.
Stay as long or as little as you like.
(3rd Thursday monthly)
PS Suzi's epic event, ADHD The Experience, is happening on Wednesday the 20th at The Brunswick in Hove, and you are also invited to that.
It's a unique combination of comedy, storytelling and inspirational talks all by neurodivergent folks. It's a friendly and welcoming space and costs £12.50. Please book your ticket here:
