Paul Kelly - Head of Sustainability – AIB
Paul Kelly is the Head of Sustainability in Real Estate Finance at AIB, leading the bank’s efforts to integrate sustainability into property finance. With over 20 years of experience, he specialises in promoting green building practices, energy-efficient retrofits, and ESG-focused financial solutions. A Trinity College Dublin graduate with an MBA from Smurfit Business School, Paul collaborates with the Irish Green Building Council to support sustainable development. He plays a key role in helping clients navigate evolving regulations and sustainability challenges, ensuring long-term resilience in the real estate sector.

Brendan Sydney - CEO - Retrofit Ireland
Brendan Sidney is the CEO of Retrofit Ireland, leading the company’s efforts in sustainable energy upgrades. With extensive experience in energy efficiency, he specialises in retrofitting solutions for homes and businesses. A registered technical advisor with SEAI, he provides expert guidance on energy assessments and retrofit strategies. Under his leadership, Retrofit Ireland has helped improve energy performance across Ireland. Brendan is committed to advancing sustainability through innovative retrofit solutions. He works closely with industry stakeholders to drive policy and best practices. His focus is on creating long-term, cost-effective energy solutions for a greener future.

Ann-Marie McSorley. CEO/Founder Veri Connect
Ann-Marie McSorley is the CEO of a Google, EI, and IITD award-winning company, specialising in data-driven programme management. She helps Programme Managers turn compliance data into insights for improvement. Her company supports Green Skills, employability, and mentoring programmes with digital toolkits. Through VERI dashboards and enterprise tools, she streamlines compliance, training, and blended learning. A leader in Green Skills Training in Ireland, she delivers scalable learning solutions. Ann-Marie helps organisations cut admin costs, improve transparency, and enhance programme performance. Her expertise spans training, quality assurance, and funded projects.
