The discussion will be an honest and open exploration of the challenges with developing and embedding a lean mindset at an already established and
successful manufacturer of semiconductor and bio pharmaceutical valves and flow solutions. It will offer an insight and a blueprint on how to take a paper based
theory and turn it into a working model that attempts to buck the trend of the '1 in 10 failure-rate' for organisations attempting to sustain their lean transformation.
