Applying Positive Psychology to Enhance Employee Wellbeing

Details
This talk comes from my thesis which examines the integration of Leader Standard Work (LSW) and its impact on employee wellbeing and engagement within Keltech. It emphasises the socio-technical changes that have revolutionised these aspects and highlights the pivotal role of Positive Psychology in aligning management vision with employee experience. The study explores the utilisation of theories such as Flow, Broaden & Build, and Self-Determination Theory to facilitate employees' transcendence of Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, fostering a supportive culture and holistic development approach. The thesis underscores the transformative potential of Positive Psychology in shaping organisational culture and enhancing employee well-being.

In 2016, he completed a BBS (Hons) program, further broadening his skills and knowledge base.
