· Mock taping session focusing on wardrobe and eye contact.
· Understanding Your Audience: Who requests self-tapes and what they look for.
· Formats of your self- tape
· When and Where to Self-Tape: Timing and location considerations.
· The Submission Strategy: How and where to send your tape.
· Mastering the Self-Tape: Building confidence and professionalism.
