About the Class
This is not a camera class. It is an acting class designed to help you grow as a performer and prepare you for a live student performance.
During these eight weeks, you will explore acting techniques, participate in fun and challenging exercises, and collaborate with your classmates on scenes—all within a safe, secure, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment.
We will work on reducing social anxiety, developing confidence, strengthening acting skills, and unlocking creativity.
Each student will prepare and perform one monologue and one scene. Every class builds upon the previous week as we work toward our final Bare Bones Performance Night.
On October 11, students will have the opportunity to share their growth and work in a live performance for invited family and friends.
