About the Class
Let go of overthinking, trust your instincts, and discover the freedom and fun of improvisation!
This six-week class is designed to help adults become more confident, spontaneous, creative, and comfortable working with others. No previous improvisation or acting experience is necessary.
Through theatre games, character exercises, partnered activities, and improvised scenes, you will learn how to listen, respond naturally, make strong choices, and remain present in the moment.
Improvisation is valuable for actors—but it can also help anyone who wants to become more confident speaking, thinking quickly, and responding comfortably in everyday situations.
Every student is encouraged to participate at their own pace within a safe, secure, supportive, and nonjudgmental learning environment.
Each class builds upon the previous week as we prepare for our final
“The Improv-ables” Performance Night.
On June 14, students will have an opportunity to share their creativity and growth in a fun live performance for invited family and friends.
