Learn to Speak, Listen, and Connect More Naturally
Communication is more than the words we use. Our voice, body language, listening skills, intentions, and responses all influence how other people receive us.
In this lively three-hour workshop, nationally recognized and award-winning acting coach Sara Rogers will use creative drama, improvisation, storytelling, and practical communication exercises to help you become a more present, confident, and effective communicator.
You do not need acting experience to participate.
This is a creative education and communication workshop—not therapy. All exercises will be presented in a safe, secure, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment.
Participants may always pass, observe, or modify an exercise.

A Final Word From Sara
Strong communication is not about controlling every conversation.
It is about being present, making your meaning clearer, receiving what the other person offers, and being willing to adjust.
Come prepared to participate, explore, laugh, learn, and discover new ways to communicate with confidence.
