## WHAT DOES AI MEAN FOR YOU AS AN ACTOR?

AI is here—and instead of being afraid of it, let's understand it, work with it, and learn how to use it as another tool in the actor's toolbox.
This is NOT a technical computer class. You do not need to know anything about AI or ChatGPT to attend.
This is a hands-on acting workshop designed to introduce actors to AI in a simple, comfortable and practical way.
We'll actually bring ChatGPT into the classroom, put it up on the screen, and work with it together.
You'll see how AI can help you explore:

• Character objectives and motivations
• Different choices within a scene
• Character relationships and backstory
• Script and scene questions
• New possibilities you may not have considered

But here's the important part:
AI makes suggestions. YOU make the artistic choices.

## YOU WILL WORK ON CAMERA

This is not three hours of sitting and listening.
Actors will work in two-person scenes, and we'll combine AI with the same camera, playback, discussion and coaching process I use in my acting classes.
We'll ask AI questions about the scene.
Then we'll put the actors on camera.
We'll watch the playback.
I'll critique and coach the performance.
Then we'll make adjustments and work again.
We'll discover together where AI can be useful—and where the instincts, imagination, listening and humanity of the actor take over.

## WE'LL ALSO TALK ABOUT PROTECTING YOURSELF

AI is creating new questions for actors about the use of their face, voice, image, likeness and performances.
We'll talk in plain English about why actors need to pay attention to what they're agreeing to and why you should understand the permissions you're giving before signing them away.
This is not a legal seminar. It's about helping actors become aware, informed and prepared.

## WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

Adults 18+ — All Levels
Beginning actors are welcome.
Experienced actors are welcome.
And if the words AI, ChatGPT or artificial intelligence make you nervous, you're especially welcome.
You don't need to bring a computer or understand technology.
Just bring yourself, your curiosity and your willingness to work.
I teach in a safe, supportive and non-judgmental environment where actors are encouraged to explore, make choices, make mistakes and grow.
