Session Description: Your company is transitioning to using Scrum, and during your research about it you have become concerned because you don't see a description for anything that is close to the role you currently hold. Panic and fear start to set in. What should you do when you are faced with this situation? Or how can you help others that are in this situation? Bob will work through several possibilities, all of which are based on situational agile leadership. Are you a leader? Then you need this session to help understand your role in a healthy agile transformation. Are you another role which is not a Scrum team role, but also not generally a leadership role? Then you need this session to not only understand where your position may fall, but also to understand how agile leaders should be helping you through this transition.
