Welcome to South Florida Ladies Soccer for Fun Meetup! This is a LADIES ONLY soccer group and is perfect for women who enjoy playing soccer in a relaxed and non-competitive environment... ok maybe some competition but mainly for fun and fitness!

Also it will be actual soccer game play we have portable 12ft soccer goals if you want to contribute additional equipment let us know when you join.

Whether you're a beginner looking to improve your skills or a seasoned player looking to have some fun, this group is for you. Let's get together, have a great time, and connect with other soccer-loving ladies in the South Florida area. Join us for friendly games, skill-building sessions, and lots of laughs on the field. Let's kick off some fun and make new friends along the way!

Lime green pop up goals that are hard to miss we will be in the grass side of the field there is parking available in multiple spots, street parking, marina parking, park parking, if you can't find parking take the Coconut Grove Trolley to City Hall.

Bring a solid shirt and a white shirt so we can divide teams with have enough joining we will make some custom jerseys to play in ..

• Welcome & Quick Intro (5 mins)
Meet and greet new players
Quick overview of the session

• Warm-Up (10 mins)
Several light jog laps around the field
Dynamic stretches (leg swings, high knees, arm circles)

• Soccer Drills & Stretching (15 mins)
Passing drills (short passes in pairs, moving passes)
Dribbling drills (cones or free space, control & footwork)
Shooting drills using the 12ft pop-up goals
Static stretching to loosen up before game-play

• Game Play ( 50 mins)
Casual, friendly match (split into two teams)
Use the 12ft portable goals for real game-play feel

• Cool Down (10 mins)
Light stretching
Group chat, feedback, future meetup plans

Meetup will roll over to the next date if not enough RVSP's or Weather Change
